Marla Martin

I believe teaching to be one of the most rewarding jobs anyone can have. While it allows me to invest in our community’s future, it also provides a lifelong opportunity to learn. While the profession, like any other, undoubtedly has its ups and downs, being around such clever people with a passion for knowledge brightens all of my days. I am forever grateful to this community for allowing me to spend so much time with their children.

Aside from sharing my love of literature and current issues with my students, I love hiking with my husband and dog, attending our local church, discovering quirky coffee shops, and empowering other people to live out their passions.
