Hello! I am currently one of two advisors for FFA and an agriculture teacher here at Central High School. Anything dealing with animals- I am your girl!

I am originally from North Carolina but was raised in a military family so I did not grow up on any sort of farm. We lived in NC for 20 years and my family still lives there. I went to school to become a veterinarian but changed paths my sophomore year of college. I became involved in swine research and especially reproduction. I received both a BS and an MS in Animal Science from NC State University. I am not a fan of any teams around here so if you see me in red and black, it is to cheer on my NC State Wolfpack.

I moved to GA for my husbands job in 2014 (he is a forester) and we have been here ever since. We have 3 children, a little girl named Greenlee and fraternal twins Ophelia and Hudson. We also have 2 dogs, Kenna and Bubba, and a miniature Highland steer named Liam. We all love to be outdoors and around animals and hope to one day own a small farm so my children can learn all about animals, forages, fencing, and the like at an early age.
